I have been cramping in my right side it almost feels like period cramping but I am no where near my period. This has been going on for days along with nausea weird dreams uncontrollable feelings. What is going on??

'Right side' is not specific enough, but it doesn't really matter, because we can't tell you what is going on. The appendix is on the lower right, and the gall bladder is top right, under the ribs. Ovaries can get cysts either right or left. And so on! So go to a walk in clinic tomorrow. Call the hospital to find out if they have one affiliated.
