If your girlfriend has never had sex then she is still a virgin. If she has had sex then she is no longer a virgin. It doesn't matter if you mess around with each other, providing you do not have sexual intercourse via pentration.

Sounds to me like you have more like a trust issue if she has told you she is a virgin then the question is do you believe her? She is the only one who would know!
