    Toilet Water Bubbling
When my washer drains the wate in the basement toilet and the upstairs toilet bubbles. Toilet almost over flows when flushed if washer is in use. What can be causing this problem?

    Hey Chris,

You have a partial blockage in your drainage system and the drain needs t6o be snaked and cleared. You can get at this from one of three places. You can go down the washer stand pipe**or** Pull the basement toilet and send a snake down the open closet bend**or** you can send a snake down the roof vent. If you snake from the roof vent send enough cable down to reach the base and about 25 feet more. Test by cycling the washer. Regards, Tom
