If your toilet has a narrow "neck" and gets stopped up somewhat frequently, is it possible for the flush of your (solid) business to appear completely normal and complete, and then for overflow/stoppage to occur on a subsequent second flush of your (fluid) business?

Possible if the solid materials are caught in the start of the trap. Newer toilets have big trapways, 3-4" or so.
