M 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have all the symptoms but I feel as thou something is wrong. I'm in no pain or anything. But there are times where I have no appetite and there are times where I have to make myslef eat something . When I eat I get bloated and I use the bathroom every 5 seconds. I can hardly never sleep at night and I as well feel sick when I don't eat anything. I'm not even barley showing yet so my question is could there be something wrong and is it possible for like to have a growing tumor to make you look pregnant?

My wife didn't show until 4 1/2 months. Have your OB take a look.

Every woman experiences pregnancy differently. Some women seem to show the minute the test comes back positive. Others don't show until well into their second or third trimester.

From what you're describing it sounds like you're experiencing morning sickness, and other normal effects of pregnancy. But we can really only guess online. If you're concerned it's always best to talk to your OBGYN. At 13 weeks you can hear the heartbeat by dopler, and if you're still concerned you can ask for an ultrasound.
