Yes I have pain and swelling in both sides of my neck having hot flashes and night sweats and headaches and keep feeling dizzy like I'm going to pass out was wondering if you could tell me what it might be .

There is no way anyone here is going to try to diagnose that. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor, if not go to a ER. Those are sounding serious.
