On H1b in US since April 2013,wife working in India-never been to US, values for W4?
    A. Enter "1" for yourself if no one else can claim you as dependent.
    B. Enter "1" if :
You are single and have only one job;or
You are married, have only one job, and your spouse does not work;or
You wages from a second job or your spouses wages (or the total of both) are $1500 or less

    C. Enter "1" for your spouse. But you may chose to enter "0" if you are married and have either a working spouse or more than one job. (Entering "0" may help you avoid having too little tax withheld.)

I am submitting my W4 now and my taxes are always paid monthly by my employer but I haven't filled the W4 yet. Can anyone guide me on the values that should be put here.
    I know A will be 1, but you can guide for B & C?

    You have several choices.

You can claim SINGLE with ONE allowance (1 for "A" only).

You can claim MARRIED with ONE (1 for "A" only) or TWO allowances (1 for "A" and "B" only).

You can claim NO MORE than two allowances under special IRS rules for foreign workers.
