The water completely drained out. I flushed it and it just about overflowed with poop and pee. It drain completely very slowly. Now liquids in the bowl just poop. We do have a septic. But the alarm isn't going off. Ps. We live in MN. Brrrr.

Start plunging, that is a classic sign of a clogged line.
