Please help,evrything started 3 years ago with an irritation all of the vulva also at the entrance of vagina ,around the anus ,lots of discharge ,and some blister they said I have a bv infection I got treated was fine but after 1 month the irritation on the vulva appear and sometimes I also had around the anus ,and 2,3 time per years I have a blister who breaks and form an ulcer and in 1 week heal but the irrtation on the vulva and at the entrace of vagina never goes,I did test for yeast,bv,chlamidia,etc and also biopsy and all came negative.. I sometimes suspect is a herpes I anyway plan these days to go and do all the test for all the infections... I don't bealive they did for herpes also... but soembody can give any advice ,what can be?never for 3 years the irriation disappear from the vulva and at the entrance and lately I have again aroun my anus also and 3 weeks ago I had a blister in the place between vagina and anus then break and form againa an ulcer and heal in 1 week... also I must mention that I sometime sfeel like a burn sensation specially around my period a

I would go for a full STD screen to see if it is herpes or another infection.

I assume you keep things cleaned and aired out down there? Cotton underwear and the like. I am not sure what is going on, but I would also look for a second opinion.

Yes also I don't use and I never used even before this to happen lotion,jelly etc that can irritation the skin ,I will go these days for a full tests for all the infections etc and also from blood,they alredy did some test from discharge and blood and also a biopsy and all came negative ,however I doubt they did for all the infections etc .

And a last question do you think is vulvodynia because the dr suggest that might be... I mean I'm not a doctor but I odnt fully have the symptoms of vulvodynia and also sometimes I had a blister or a pimple... and evrything started like an infection.

While that is possible I would say it is highly unlikely. It feels like a skin irritation. Have you change detergents/underwear brand/style or anything like that since this started?

No,not at all I never used something to irritate my skin that's why is strange and for 3 years is there never goes ,is on the vulva also at the entrance and lately around my anus but just sometimes and around my period the irritate is more red and I have a burning sensation I also want to ask a dermatologist opinion.
