I am suffering big pain in the anus from 15 days But stool is freely coming. I consult a general physician 12 days back. He was not checkup the problem, just heard and suggest me for using ointment inside of anus and gave me painkiller & antibiotic tablets. Those are not useful for me. I was used the ointment that time stool is little hard remaining time stool is freely coming without bleeding. But pain is heavily without reduce to till date... What is the problem? Please suggest me the solution...

I suggest you talk to another doctor. Is there any bleeding or is it just pain? Do you notice anything in your stool? For example, when I eat too many pumpkin seeds, the shells show up in my stool and it kind of hurts coming out.

Other then that, and without more info, I can't say what is going on.

It sounds like you may have a tear. Just because the stool if free flowing doesn't mean you're not constipated. Is the stool solid, or watery? How often are you having a bowel movement? Is there ever any blood with a bowel movement?

I agree that you need a second opinion, from a doctor that will actually look at your rectum instead of throwing pills at you and hoping you'll go away.
