I've had a dry vagina for the past few weeks now, sometimes it is exceedingly itchy, sore and swollen. I am no longer on any contraceptives and I haven't had sex recently. I have also noticed a couple of lumps that look a little cyst-like on the inside, can this happen? From whatiI've read these symptoms happen to post menopausal women. I am 21.. any idea of what it may be or who to see about it?

I would talk to your gynecologist about this. There are many possibilities, none of which we can diagnose. Best to get it checked out.
