What does it take to establish legal residency in a Kansas county? Establishing residency for a job that I am considering is a requirement. My family won't be moving to the county but I would be willing to rent a cheap apartment change my drivers license, register to vote etc. but drive back and forth most of the time to where I currently live and my family would stay.
