My daughter is currently on probation in Jefferson County gor a misd. She has been charged with a felony theft charge in anoin another county in Kentucky. She has about 3 months left on her probation, which was for 2 yrs. I would like yo know what type of time she may be facing or what can happen to her?

Depends on the court and the judge. I would expect some jail time.
