Craftsman 24" Model Number 247.889571 has been in storage for three years - virtually new, used only once. I drained and replaced the fuel; replaced the spark plug - it still won't start. What else do I need to do?

Did you open the crb bowl and flush that too? Easy for a needelo valve to get sticky after 3 years sitting still
