Hurt foot on a trampoline?
I was at airheads (large trampoline room) and my friends were surrounding me and jumped down as I was going up, so I essentially bounced higher than I would have usually. I lost control, and landed on my right foot wrong- the entirety of my foot was on the left side of my leg. It bent that way. I had to limp off the trampoline, and it has been hurting when I put pressure on it below my ankle, about a n inch down. Earlier today it started popping as I bent my foot, and it started hurting worse. There's no swelling or bruising at all. What could this be?
