The ipill can cause disruptions in your period. But we can't say for certain if you are pregnant or not. You will have to wait until you are late about 2 weeks to start testing.

I-pill can make periods come early or delay it from date. If you took I-pill within 10 hrs then you should be safe, but wait for few days till you get your periods. If it is delayed for more than 10 days then do a pregnancy test.
