    Will this help at all?
Hi, I'm an 18 year old female and I'm at a normal weight but I have some stubborn fat I can't get rid of no matter what I do. Right now I'm dieting by counting calories, I'm taking green tea diet pills (yes I know they aren't very healthy), I'm drinking green tea, eating some spicy foods and cinnamon because I heard that this can boost metabolism. I just want some input from someone on what they think, do you think it will help?

While diet is great, Aerobic exercise would be a much better option for you.
    Basically get yourself toned.

Yeah, I guess that's a better way to put it I'm looking to get toned. How long would that take me if I'm not over weight and just have a small amount of fat?

I suggest taking a yoga class and learning at least the basic poses. Yoga will help you stretch and be flexible and will smooth out your body. Do yoga in the morning when you first get up and in the evening an hour or so before bed. Attending a class once or twice a week will help you learn new poses and be with others doing the same thing (mutual support).

If you want something a bit more challenging, take a ta'i chi class -- similar benefits

You will see results in a few weeks, but it's a long term commitment. And a better diet is even more important.
