You might fail, you might pass. It honestly depends on the sensitivity and the pass/fail mark.

I am currently being randomly tested for EtG and have done quite a bit of research. From what I have read one standard drink has an EtG peak of 4000-6000ng/ml EtG occurring 3-5hrs after consumption. The EtG will degrade with a half-life of 2-3hrs. So you should be under a normal EtG cutoff in about 13-18hours. The National association of Drug Courts at their 2012 conference stated that light drinking (1-3 drinks) can only be detected for 12-36hrs.
