I'm Having Vaginal Pressure. Feels Like Someone's Stabbing Me Down There. I Know Its Not A UTI. This Pain Is So Sever That It Almost Makes It Unbearable. I Also Cannot layDown Or Get Comfortable In Any Way. What Is This Pain And should I Go To the Hospital. This Is My first child.

I would go to the hospitial. Anytime you have unusual pain or something that doesn't feel right you need to go to the hospital. Usually if you go right to the maternity ward they'll do triage there so you don't have to go through the ER.
