You really need to ask these questions of your own medical practitioner.

It is not to be injected more than TWICE, from what I read.
If you have had no periods at all in 2 years, you should be concerned about that before you think about trying to have twins. There is no way to arrange to have twins, unless you want to pay for expensive IVF. And even that is no guarantee.

Why were you getting Noristerat for 2 years?

My doctor advised it was the best for me rather then the depo as I don't have a kids. Would the noristerat take more then a year to wear off my system?

Given that you are not supposed to have more than two injections, I have no idea how anyone other than a few specialists will be able to answer any questions about Noristerat.

Personally I would be concerned, and find another doctor.
