The exhaust blower on my State Select natural gas hot water heater will not turn off (runs continuously whether heating burner is on or off). Is the air pressure switch bad or the manual hi pressure switch bad, or, does something else need replaced. Tried resetting by disconnecting electricity. Nothing works.
