Having to pee every hour occurs when you have a 3+lbs mass ontop of your bladder. If you were pregnant now you would have an insignificant mass beside your bladder. The symptoms you're describing sound more like the beginnings of a period then pregnancy. The missed period is the one sign you should be looking for. Speaking of which. How late are you?
