My periods are irregular , I am 3 days late for a normal period but they are irregular. I have sore nipples but that's all, does it sound like I'm pregnant or is it something else ?

Before I respond I need to know how your periods are irregular but you are 3 days late for a normal period? That's contradictory.

Pregnancy cannot be diagnosed by symptoms. You will need to wait until you are 2 weeks late to take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.

For anyone with a normal period it would be 3 days late. I used a period calendar and it sais I would be 3 days late if my periods were regular but they aren't.

Was that "period calendar" an app on your device? If so, they aren't very accurate until used for about 6 months.

Three days late is not considered late in the medical community. Irregularities happen even in the most regular women.
