    No hot water upstairs but plenty downstairs - HELP!
    I have hot water running downstairs as normal but no hot water upstairs only cold water, the pump is located on the 1st floor and the shower (that only has cold water) is located in a loft conversion help would be appreciated!

    It's a salamander pump if that helps (sorry not good with plumbing!)

    Hi PW

    If you have no hot water upstairs then you are saying that there is no hot water at the tub and/or shower as well as at the sink?

    If this is the case, then I am left to believe that the 2nd floor loft conversion may have its own hot water heater source... perhaps? Unless you are absolutely sure this is wrong then I would start looking around and see if it is possible.
