I came off my pill 4 weeks ago ovulated 10 days ago with the usual ovulation pain for the last 2 days I have been having cramp low down in tummy and what seems t feel like trapped wind what can this be

Did you have your period when you came off the pill?

This could be your body adjusting to being off birth control.

Cramps happen. There's really no way for anyone online to tell you why. It could be because you recently went off the pill, it could be something you ate, it could be a medical issue, it could just be gas etc. We really can't diagnose it.
