I have brown discharge downstairs and its only a little bit I am 14 Nd my mom had her period at 15 is this me period? How.long until I get my period if it isn't Help I need answers fast!

Sounds like your period is starting. Why don't you talk to your mom about it?

My mom died about a year ago I talked with my grandma but she didn't really help.

So if its my period why isn't it red and will it turn red?

It's not always red at the beginning of your periods. Wait and see what happens. Ask Grandma to take you shopping for some pads just in case.

She got me some when I turned,13 just in case so I have every thing the cramp pills pads,tampons and femime wipes she got everything.

But now theirs spots of light red what does that mean?
