Bleeding from your urethra and bleeding from your vagina are two different things.

How can you be sure you are bleeding from your urethra?

Yes, urethra and vagina are different. You are correct. Most women cannot visualize their urethrea as it is a teeny tiny hole.

Urethral bleeding can be caused by urinary tract infections, i.e. bladder and/or kidney. That is typically not bright red.

Vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy is common due to the vasculature of the cervix and vagina.

Unfortunately, we cannot diagnose via the internet. In the end you will need to seek medical attention to get to the root of the problem.

That's not possible. If you have a UTI the infection is in your bladder or kidney and comes out of your urethra. I don't understand what you mean when you say that the "infection comes out" at the vagina.

You are having pain. Please describe your pain. Where is it? Abdomen? Stomach? Vagina? Does it come and go or is it constant?

You can't compare tests that you had 4 years ago to symptoms you are having today. These things can change from day to day.

    tickle
When you exert force as in a bowel movement? The perineum, which is the very narrow area between your anus and urethra could be confusing you. Perhaps you have hemorrhoids and the blood is coming from them, which would be anal.

Yes I have suffered from hemorrhoids last 4months ago.. now its hard for me to go on a bowel movement that's why I have to exert force and I go on bowel not just once a day, but twice..

If that's the case, the blood would be coming from your anus, not your urethra.
