    Dripping frost proof faucet
    Hey everybody.

I've tried finding an answer elsewhere for this but without any luck. I've got a frost proof faucet which won't stop dripping. I've already replaced the flat washer on the inside of the faucet but the thing is still leaking. There is no evidence of a leak inside the wall as neither the wall of floor show any signs of water damage. I've tried cranking the faucet down hard to shut it off but it still drips. I compared the size of the new washer with the old and they are the same size. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

When you replaced the washer did you check the seat for nicks or rough spots? Regards, Tom

Also, flush the faucet out while the stem is out. You may have debris in it.
