I'm looking for the name of a film I saw in 2003. It was relatively new - I would guess it was made in 2001-2003. It was from the Far East, can't remember anymore, but my guess goes for Japan or Korea.

In the beginning, there is a wedding, the ex-girlfriend of the groom comes, she's lost her mind. He cancels the wedding and starts a long walk with the ex. The rest of the film shows them walking through different, very beautiful landscapes, during several months.

I hope you can help, I've already looked everywhere.
