    Ac unit
My ac unit runs a small stream of water from the drain pan line constantly and there is not any water in the pan , the unit has not been on for 3 days and I have run water down the condenser drain side (testing to see which pipe was leaking ) and it went straight through .The 2 pipes are not connected that I can see . Any ideas of why this is happening

    What does that mean?

Does that mean that the water flowed out the line that has been draining for 3 days? Does it mean the water you poured in disappeared but you don't know where?
Really sounds to me that you have confused the AC condensate drain line with another drain line, possibly the drain line for the T&P valve on your water heater.

Yes, a bit confusing. "Condenser drain line"-condenser is outside. Evaporator pan in the plenum? What "2 pipes". Where is HW heater in relation to air handler?
