Jurisdiction to modify child support if child moves to different state.
We got divorce in Omaha NE in 2008 and as per decree I am paying child suppot. Now child and his dad moved to Little Elm Tx in 2010 and me to St. Robert MO in 2011. Now I need to modify child support. Where should I file to modify the stipulated order to reduce child support.

Until moved NE has jurisdiction. If the father and child are in TX, they can request the case moved there.

The Nebraska court still has jurisdiction to modify its decree, even if all parties have moved. It may be possible to open a new case in Texas or Missouri, but if it is to be a stipulated order I don't see why that would be necessary.
