    Yep loads of cranberry juice and water can't hurt. Apparently lemons are good at cleansing too.

    Absolutely yes to the cranberry juice and the lemon juice. With the lemon juice, look for natural lemon juice - not the 'RealLemon' in the bottle. Organic lemon juice is best.

    Cranberry Juice, but look for 100% cranberry juice. Most of the cranberry juices are diluted with water or other fruit juices.

    Cranberry juice is awesome for it... but I can't stand the bitterness of it. I always get grape-cran juice. (makes sure it's 100% fruit juice though) it tastes sooo much better and does it's job.

    Yes! Cranberry Georgia Peach juice is also good for this!
