Those symptoms are more common preceding a period then predicting a pregnancy. The best pregnancy symptom is a missed period. There is a chance you got pregnant but nothing you have posted is a indicator, positive or negative, of a pregnancy.

For the stomach issues, I might talk to your doctor about them. Could be something dangerous.
