My child lives in Ontario and I live in Australia. He is 20 and stopped going to school at 18. My court order had no stop date so I continue to pay and don't know how to get it stopped, what forms do I need, how can I lodge them. Ive tried to get information on this for the past 2 yrs but no one has responded to help me.

How do you make payments? Directly or through an agency?

I am a member of an indian band and she gets the money every December from that, because there is no stop date on the order it remains active and she continues to get it

So the money is automatically deducted from your pay? Have you tried contacting the agency that deducts the money?
