My ex-wife is engaged to a man (whom I've just discovered) was convicted for attempted sodomy of both a 9yr old boy, and an 11yr old girl. Her mother has temp costody, but she lives with them. He did not inform his parole officer the she has children. Myself, Godparents, family members, and my ex's Mother are aware, but the Grandmother is hesitant of informing my ex. I am currently unable to get custody due to financial, and living arrangements. (Which I am working on) what are my rights to protect my children. I have two daughters 7 and 8.

You have the rights to either report her to CPS, and risk the state taking the children and you possible losing custody also. Or you can file for custody in court.

You can also try reporting it to whatever agency monitors sex offenders.
