I have a heil electric furnace seem to run too long and not very warm air coming out ducts. Does this sound normal ?

Checked the filters? Clean or Dirty? Voltage supply? 120VAC at each breaker output? Sequencers? Loose ductwork? Electric furnaces are not noted for quick heat up. Even basic repairs on furnaces, other than filters , are best left to professionals.
