I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE ANIMATED GIFS BUT Don't KNOW HOW TO START... I NEED.. I GUESS 2 THINGS:

1. A PROGRAM THAT I CAN MAKE GIFS IN
2. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT...

INCLUDE A DOWNLOAD LINK (HOPEFULLY IT HAS FREE TRIAL)...

Fireworks is a good program to start, there are many tutorials on the net. Google them.
