Hi, I have a painful itchy spot very close to my anus just below my vagina, it hirts to wipe when I go toilet and when I looked at it it was red and there was like a soft lump there. Sometimes it goea away but never for long. Im A virgin so it can't be an STI or anything to do with pregnancy but its just getting more irritating. I don't want to see a doctor as I'm too embarrassed

The only way you can have that properly diagnosed is by a doctor, who has probably seen a lot worse then that! What you describe is not good in that particular area, called the perineum.
