I had a dr. license suspended in California 13yrs ago.. How do I get that suspension released so I can drive legally? Now live in Idaho. Can't fly, can't get a bank acct. a real problem.

Apply to the Idaho DMV for a new license. They will want the reason, together with documentation, why your California license was suspended.
