Hey all
Was hoping someone might be able to answer my question. My face out of nowhere just got covered in red un-raised spots, I glide my fingers over my cheecks and forehead and it's smooth so it's definitely not acne but out of the blue these red spots spread and started to spread on my face and just my face? I'm not allergic so I didn't have a reaction so I'm wondering what it might be? Or how I can get rid of it?
