Yes.
Depo is not 100% effective, especially so soon after the shot.

But I've also been on the shot for some months now this my third time taking the shot, is there still a chance?

There is always a risk of pregnancy with intercourse. No form of birth control is 100% effective.

Given that you're just refreshing the shot, I would give it an extremely unlikely. Do you usually have a period in between your shots? Did you get the shot in the proper window to ensure continuity between shots?

There is always a chance. You're going to have to wait a little bit, probably about 6-8weeks from the date of your last period and take a home pregnancy test.

My ex-wife had her shots setup such that she had no period for over a year. The reason for my question. That was also 8 years ago so the formulation might have changed in that time. It is hard to say whether you ovulated. If you did, there is a chance, if you didn't... you should be fine. You'll just need to wait. Not what you want to hear to calm you mind I know.
