    Audio radio code
    Hey!
If someone could help me out I would totally appreciate it - we were just cleaning up my battery as it had some corrosion on it and my dad disconnected it - this in turn meant my radio's anti theft went off and I needed to enter the code to be able to use the radio - after FINALLY finding the code I enter it and find that everything is working... except my speakers or the volume - both of which were working fine the last time I used my car prior to this anti theft radio code business.

I have a 7 hour road trip ahead of me tomorrow and would LOVE some sound in my car - anyone encounter this problem?

    PLEASE HELP!

Since you have the code have you tried disconnecting the battery overnight. Then when you connect the battery and enter the code on your radio it should work. Leaving it disconnected overnight resets it.

I do now. My apologies.. I replied to the title.
It still seems there is little the OP can do to fix this situation. Something may have spiked inside the radio. My truck stereo just lately has stopped powering up. Nothing I can do since the PCB for the stereo's power supply isn't serviceable. I will need to find a replacement.
