Like I said I'm 17 and my boyfriends 20 I will be 18 in June but he will be 21 in January. In the state of Texas I'm the age of concent but enyways I'm going to move in when I turn 18 but I spend the night with him now sometimes without my mom knowing... If my mom finds out and calls the cops can he get into eny trouble? I don't want anything to happen to him. Help?

In trouble? Yes, your mother (or any adult) can charge him with crimes outside of statutory rape, such as risk of injury to a minor. An angry parent will figure out some way to cause trouble.

Finish high school. Lovers come and go, but you need your friends your age, and that diploma. Getting a GED isn't a cake walk either.
Oh, and one other tiny little thing: you would be amazed at how love changes when two people live together. All the petty stuff like the toilet seat and piles of dirty laundry and who won't help clean cause fighting and you end up like an old married couple who can barely stand each other. Then you get pregnant, and you don't realize that you are stuck at home for years and years, while he starts to wander out with his buds or other women.... then you end up on welfare, just getting by in some big welfare housing, miserable, and your child starts to resent you as he gets older, and then you are even more alone...
Please, stop and take a little time to think this through.
A woman needs to be self sufficient. Learn a skill, a trade, work on a career, instead of putting all your hopes and dreams in fleeting love, in another person.

Wow you exaggerated it way too much... I'm still in school ill finish in may. I have no friends, and I'm ALWAYS with him and in the state of Texas? I'm the age of concent my mom won't charge him shell just want me back at home but I want to know if the cops will do anything too him?

I don't have a personal problem with you or me or anyone. I just see girls your age here day in and day out, saying 'I'm pregnant and my fiancé ditched me and I have no where to go.' But I know you don't believe that could possibly happen to you, because your love is going to last forever. Good luck.

Possible charges could be Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor or Interfering with Custodial Rights. A lot depends on the jurisdiction and what you are caught doing.

Since you have "no friends and are always with him", I take it you lied to us about the friend who is 17, will be 18 in June, and her relationship. That means you are pregnant or thought you were last month. Is that why you are in such a rush to move in with him?

Understand that until you are 18, your mother is your legal guardian. She is also your next of kin. If anything happens to you, she is legally bound to deal with the consequences. He has no right or privilege to make any decisions for you if you are not able to make them yourself. Do you want him to have to call your mother if you get hurt on one of your nocturnal outings? Would it be better if the police or hospital made the call?

You need friends and a life of your own apart from him. Age has no bearing on needing emotional and mental support from people outside of the relationship. You need to have friends to have fun with, get advice from, vent to, etc. If you rely solely on him for your emotional support, it will start causing issues in the relationship especially if/when a child is added.

You are forgiven for pretending you were a friend, but there is no reason to hide any truth on this site, where you are anonymous.
You probably conceived in mid Sept, and are going to give birth in early June? Have you been getting prenatal care?
It's time to tell your mother. The consequences now will be better than the consequences later. I wish you would believe us old fogies...
She will be angry of course, but grin and bear it, because she is the only one who can help you get the care you need. And she will see the bump pretty soon.
