I have a mobile trailer and have easyheat heating cable and its getting pretty cold around here and I'm not feeling any heat at all from the tape worked fine last year and led lights still work its on my water line and I bought a new one and laid it out and pluged in and put a bag of ice on the thermastat still no heat even on new cable any thoughts would be greatly apreciated thanks for your time.

Make sure you have power, it should be on a GFCI so make sure its not tripped. If you can, wrap it up, put it in a freezer for 15 minutes and then plug it in. If it heats, fine. If not, get a new one.
