    stomach pains
I am 29 years old. Not pregnant due to being fixed. And have moderate to sever pain in my stomach. It started on the upper right hand side, now it is moving down and into my back right side. Could this be my appendix? Anyone have similar pains when having an appendix attack. Already have my gallbladder out/.

It could be appendix, kidney stones, etc. Only a doctor can tell you what it actually is.

Would kidney stones hurt on the right side only though? I have never had kidney stones. I might want to add that I feel nausea also

If you have stones in your right kidney, your right side will hurt. Nausea can be a symptom as well.

Believe me, you will remember a kidney stone. I was on my knees in pain and the speck of grit that came out was so small I could not believe that it caused the pain.

Lower right front quadrant is fairly typical of appendicitis, there aren't many other things there that act up.
