    Finding newborn stray kittens
    Hi,
Is it possible to find some newborn kittens a stray had a day ago. She was big one day and now she came to eat this am and I lost site of her. I want to make sure the kittens are okay. Mom seems to be. How to think like a cat to find kittens. I know it should be a warm dry place but... I live on a busy street but lots of shrubs. I have checked everywhere. Thanks for any Ideas. Linda

Are you sure she was pregnant, sometimes cats have enlarged hard stomachs from worms, and if she did than it would be somewhere den like, maybe under a porch, behind a garage/fence/house, you would be able to hear the mews thou, and I would call your local humane society and let them know that there is stray kittens in your neighborhood, if you live on a busy street it's not safe for kittens and they would know how to find them.
