I was 3 days late on my period then I started bleeding I think the color was brown the first 2 days orange, pink and I just want to know what is going on with me.. then one night I ate and threw up all my food and then the next day while I'm at school almost threw up again after eating I'm feeling sick every time I just don't know what to do or think but I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but with my son didn't show up on a pregnact test till I was almost 3 months and bleeding till I was 4 months

If I were to guess I would say a stomach flu or illness. Illness can wreak havoc on your cycle and systems.
