What are 2 counts of violation of probation
I was VOP for missing an appointment. When I went to court they didn't have documentation of the money I paid or the classes I completed so, I pleaded not guilty. I was instructed to get a lawyer or public defender. I was turned down for P.D. and really can't afford a lawyer. Went to court today and was asked about representation; even though I am nearly paid off on fines and have all paperwork for school etc... When I went online to check why this was so adamant I found I had been given a second violation. I have not been in trouble or arrested since the original charge. What are my options and why would I receive another violation, especially since I have appeared for all court hearings?
