Hello:

I have a Kenmore elite and the green blinking light will be blinking after the complete cycle is completed. The dishes are not dry and the dishwasher detergent (Cascade Dawn, blocks) is not completely dissolved after the completed cycle. It is on the bottom of the dishwasher.
Please advise.
