I have an 09 Janitrol unit, had a/c running when I noticed it was not cooling the house. Went outside and saw the fan was not turning and the bottom line on the compressor was iced up. Was told to change the dual run capacitor by a local "pro" and now the fan is turning but still no air blowing. Would appreciate any advice you guys have to offer.
